Upon customer’s receipt of the ordered product, please try it on to check the size first and kindly not use it in water to confirm if the size is right for size exchange purpose if needed. Purchased item that have not been used in water by the user and product is in new condition may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase delivery. Customer needs to contact us in writing within 30 days of purchase delivery and provide a photocopy of original proof of purchase (e.g., invoice/sales receipt clearly showing the purchase date) for verification. Upon our approval of customer’s exchange or refund request and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, customer needs to send back the item in its original packaging with all tags remained attached to the product and attach the original copy of the original invoice/sales receipt clearly showing the purchase date. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and shipping cost. Please keep a photocopy of your submission document and mailing for your own record. Please note that we are not responsible for the lost in return shipping. No exchange or refund will be accepted if returned item does not have an RMA number. Upon receiving the returned item from customer in good order, we will notify customer the exchange or refund status.
